BrushBuddy does not request, collect, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from users (or their parents), such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
Non-Personal Data:
To improve the user experience, the App may collect performance and progress data such as brushing durations, badges earned, and in-app settings. This data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our external servers.

Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
BrushBuddy has been designed with children's use specifically in mind. We strictly adhere to the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European Union's GDPR child-data protection rules, and other applicable global child-protection laws.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent under relevant law). The App contains no harmful content that directs children to external links, advertisements, or in-app purchases.

Use of Data
Data stored locally on your device (such as badges earned and brushing records) is used only for the following purposes:
- Running the App's core functions (the badge system, animations).
- Increasing your child's motivation to brush their teeth.
- Personalizing the user experience.
This data belongs entirely to your device and is automatically deleted when you reset the device or uninstall the App.
